  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 5- to 6-ounce cans albacore tuna (preferably packed in olive oil)
  • ½ cup Gruyère cheese
  • 2 cups salted potato chips
  • Coarse kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
