Tuna, Pickle, and Chopped-Vegetable Pita Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups red leaf lettuce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ½ cup sweet pickles
  • 1 6-ounce can tuna in water
  • ½ cup sweet onion (such as Vidalia)
  • ½ cup Granny Smith apple
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 3 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
    • 4 pita breads
    • 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise

Mix first 4 ingredients in small bowl. Season tuna mixture with salt and pepper. Mix bell pepper, onion, and apple in medium bowl. Add half of vegetable mixture to tuna mixture and stir to blend.
