Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
  • ¼ cup chopped pimiento-stuffed olives
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 4 (6-ounce) tuna steaks
    • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic
    • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
    • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Combine first 7 ingredients. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle tuna with salt and pepper.
