  • 1 large Granny Smith apple, diced
  • ¼ cup minced red onion
  • Lemon Aoli
  • 3 (12-oz.) cans solid white tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
  • ½ English cucumber, cut into half-moon-shaped slices

1. Stir together all ingredients; cover and chill 2 hours.
