Tuna Steaks with Salsa


  • ½ teaspoon salt-free garlic-herb seasoning
  • 4 (6-ounce) tuna steaks (about 1/2 inch thick)
  • Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
  • 1 cup chunky salsa

1. Lightly coat both sides of fish with cooking spray; sprinkle both sides with seasoning. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium-high heat until hot. Add fish; cook 2 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Serve with salsa.carbo rating: 3
