Tuna Strata

Ingredients

• 2 can(s) tuna (not drained)
• 12 slice(s) day old bread
• 6 slice(s) cheddar cheese
• ²/₃ cup(s) mayonnaise
• 4 eggs
• 2 ½ cup(s) milk
• ½ teaspoon(s) dry mustard
• + 3 more ingredients
• • ¼ teaspoon(s) Tabasco or Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) minced onion
  • ½ teaspoon(s) salt.

Remove crust from bread and put 6 slices in a pan. (8 1/2 x 14 cake pan). Put cheese on each slice of bread. Blend tuna and mayonnaise in a bowl and spread over cheese.
