Tuna Sushi Burgers


  • 1 tablespoon minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 ½ tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¾ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 ½ pounds tuna steaks, finely chopped and divided
