Tuna Tabbouleh Salad
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 scallions, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 cup bulgur
- 6 cups mixed baby greens

- 12 ounces canned solid white tuna in oil, drained
- 3 ripe plum tomatoes, diced 1/4 in.
