Tuna Wrap

Ingredients

• 1 can (6 oz/170 g) tuna , drained1 1can (6 oz/170 g) can (6 oz/170 g)tuna, drained

• 1 tbsp light sour cream 1 1tbsp tbsplight sour cream
• ½ tsp mild Indian curry paste ½ ½tsp tspmild Indian curry paste
• 1 apple , diced1 1appleapples, diced

• 1 green onion , finely chopped1 1green oniongreen onions, finely chopped

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas 2 2whole wheat tortillawhole wheat tortillas

In bowl, mash together tuna, mayonnaise, sour cream; and curry paste. Stir in apple, celery and onion. Mound down centre of 2 large whole wheat tortillas; top each with lettuce leaf. Fold sides of tortilla over. Source : CanadianLiving Magazine: November 2004
