Tunisian Bell Pepper, Tomato, Tuna and Egg Salad


  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 green or red bell peppers
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 6 1/8-ounce can tuna packed in water
  • 2 tablespoons capers
