Turkish Lamb Kebabs
Ingredients
- 4 10-inch square pieces soft lavash bread
- ½ tablespoon Maras pepper
- 1 medium red onion
- ½ cup parsley
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ tablespoon Urfa pepper

- 1 1 1/2-lb piece boneless leg of lamb, trimmed
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 8 10-inch wooden skewers
