Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 (2-pound) bag prepackaged turnip greens, coarsely chopped
  • Hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons stick margarine
  • 4 cups vertically sliced onion
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Melt margarine in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add onion; sauté 7 minutes. Stir in sugar and pepper.
