Turtle Caramels


  • 1 cup(s) butter
  • 2 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1 cup(s) white syrup
  • 14 ounce(s) sweet condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 24 ounce(s) pecan halves
  • 5 regular sized plain chocolate bars
