  • 2 ¼ cups whole almonds
  • 1 tablespoon orange flower water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 ¼ cups sugar

Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 425°F. Butter and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch metal baking pan. Sift flour and salt into medium bowl.
