Twice Baked Sweet Potato Casserole with Bacon

Ingredients

• 6 pound(s) dark-orange sweet potatoes (9 large or 12 medium)
• 8 ounce(s) bacon 8 slices)
• 1 tablespoon(s) butter or margarine, melted
• ½ cup(s) sour cream
• ¼ cup(s) butter or margarine, softened
• 2 green onions, chopped (2 tablespoon) (medium)
