Twice-Baked Sweet Potatoes


  • 4 medium-size sweet potatoes (about 12 to 16 ounces each)
  • Vegetable oil, for brushing
  • 2 medium-size onions
  • 8 T tahini
  • 4 to 6 clove garlic, chopped
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 t cayenne or smoked paprika
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 t salt
