Twice-Cooked Sweet Potato


  • 4 medium potatoes (about 2 pounds), scrubbed
  • ½ c orange juice
  • 1 T orange marmalade
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 t gingerroot, minced
  • 2 t low-sodium tamari or soy sauce
  • ¼ t cayenne pepper
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • ¼ c sesame seeds (you may use a combination of black and white if you like)
