Twice Microwaved Potatoes


  • ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion (optional)
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cubed processed cheese
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 4 green onions, chopped
    • 6 medium russet potatoes

1. Poke potatoes with the tines of a fork, and place them in the microwave oven. The more holes, the better. Cook on high power for about 4 minutes per potato.
