  • 8 hamburger buns, split
  • 3 pounds ground brisket or chuck
  • Herbed Horseradish Mayonnaise
  • Chile Ketchup
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 thin slices Swiss cheese
  • Sautéed Mushrooms
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • Caramelized Onions
    • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
