  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter

    • ½ Golden Delicious apple (about 3/4 cup)
    • 2 8-ounce Golden Delicious apples
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
