Vanilla Bean and Fleur de Sel Caramel Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 vanilla bean, split, seeds scraped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon fleur de sel
