Vanilla Bean Bundt Cake With Vanilla Glaze and Strawberries

  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg yolk

    • 2 large eggs
    • ¼ cup golden brown sugar, packed
    • ¾ cup sugar
    • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature (1 ¾ sticks total)
    • ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature PLUS
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
    • 1 teaspoon Bourbon
