Vanilla Coconut milk


  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 Tbsp coconut nectar (or your favorite natural sweetener)
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

1. In a high-speed blender, combine everything together and blend for about one minute or until smooth. 2. Over a large bowl, drain the milk with a nut milk bag and squeeze all the "milk" out with your hands. 3. Store in the refrigerator in a glass container. It will keep up to 4 days.
