Vanilla Cream and Apricot Tart


  • ½ cup apricot preserves
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 pounds apricots
  • 1 tablespoon whipping cream
  • 10 teaspoons Marsala wine
  • 1 All Ready Pie Crust
  • ½ vanilla bean
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cup sugar
    • 8 ounces cream cheese

Coarsely chop vanilla bean in processor. Add sugar and process until vanilla bean is finely ground. Sift sugar through strainer to remove large pieces of vanilla bean.
