Vanilla Cream Pie 2


  • 2/3 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) Vanilla
  • 4 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 3 cup(s) milk
  • 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon(s) butter

In sauce pan mix sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.
