Vanilla Frosting


  • ½ cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup whole milk, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1. In a medium bowl, using an electric hand mixer, beat the butter until light and smooth. Beat in the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
