Vanilla Ice Milk

  • 1 (12-oz.) can evaporated fat-free milk
  • 2 ½ tablespoons fat-free, sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup egg substitute
  • 2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk

1. Combine sugar and pudding mix in a large bowl. Gradually whisk in milk and remaining ingredients. 2. Pour milk mixture into freezer container of a 1 1/2-qt. electric ice-cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. (Instructions and times will vary.)
