Ingredients

  • 1 dozen large egg yolks
  • 1 cup(s) heavy cream
  • 1 cup(s) Marsala
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 5 cup(s) raspberries
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 2.5 cup(s) brandied cherries or Amaretto cherries

In a small saucepan, whisk the Marsala with the sugar and vanilla bean seeds and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
