Vanilla Zabaglione with Raspberries

Ingredients

• 1 vanilla bean
• 1 cup(s) sugar
• 1 cup(s) Marsala
• 1 dozen large egg yolks
• 1 cup(s) heavy cream
• 2.5 cup(s) brandied cherries or Amaretto cherries
• 5 cup(s) raspberries
