Ingredients

  • 2 ½ tsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup peaches, peeled and diced
  • 2-4 Tbsp sugar (depends on how sweet your peaches are)

1. Combine the peaches and sugar in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Taste and adjust the sugar.
