Ingredients

  • 1 cup matzo meal
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • ¾ cup carrot
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • ¾ cup onion
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ cups water
    • 6 eggs
    • ¾ cup spinach
    • 3 scallions including bulbs)
    • ¾ cup corn oil
    • Sour cream

In a large bowl, combine matzo meal, salt, and sugar. Set aside. Separate egg whites and yolks. Beat egg yolks, and combine with water.
