Ingredients

  • Sour cream
  • 3 scallions including bulbs)
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 cup matzo meal
  • ¾ cup corn oil
  • 6 eggs
  • ¾ cup carrot
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 cup zucchini
    • ¾ cup onion
    • 1 cup broccoli
    • ¾ cup spinach
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 2 teaspoons salt

In a large bowl, combine matzo meal, salt, and sugar. Set aside. Separate egg whites and yolks. Beat egg yolks, and combine with water.
