Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 (10-ounce) packaged frozen baby lima beans
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 (5.5-ounce) cans no-salt-added vegetable juice
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable broth concentrate
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen sliced okra thawed
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 medium onion, diced
    • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
    • 1 cup water
    • 2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans Cajun-style stewed rombatoes

Combine all ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker. Cook, covered, at HIGH 5 to 6 hours
