Venison with Roast Mushrooms
- salt and pepper
- 2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
- ¼ cup(s) olive oil, divided
- ¼ cup(s) red wine
- 1 pound(s) mushrooms: button, cremini or a mixture
- 1 pound(s) venison: chops, steaks or medallions
