Vidalia Onion Relish

Ingredients

  • ½ cup(s) water
  • ¼ cup(s) all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon(s) celery
  • ¼ cup(s) salt, coarse
  • 8 cup(s) water
  • 4 Vidalia onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cup(s) shredded cabbage
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup(s) red bell pepper, chopped (optional)
    • ½ cup(s) brown sugar, packed
    • 2 cup(s) cider vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon(s) dried mustard powder
    • ½ teaspoon(s) turmeric
