Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 4 slices bacon
  • Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (12-inch) tart pan
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoons local honey

    • 5 large Vidalia onions
    • 3 cups all-purpose flour
    • 6 tablespoons ice water
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup cold, unsweetened butter
    • ¼ cup dry white wine
    • 2 tablespoons whole cream
