Waialua Chocolate Tart with Sable Crust

Ingredients

• 10 tablespoon butter, softened
• 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream, divided
• ²/₃ cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 extra-large eggs
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
