Walnut Corn Dip
Ingredients
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup(s) lime juice
- 8 ounce(s) allouette herb cheese spread
- 1 cobs of fresh sweet corn - cooked
- 1/3 cup(s) onion - finely chopped
- ½ cup(s) red pepper - seeded and finely chopped
- tortilla chips or sliced baguettes to serve along side

- 1 package(s) (8 oz.) cream cheese - softened
- 1 cup(s) toasted walnuts - finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper - or to taste
Cut corn from the cob. Combine all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve or overnight if preferred. The longer it sits the more the flavors combine. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
