Walnut-Date Torte

Ingredients

• ¼ cup water
• ¾ cup sugar
• ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
• unsweetened whipped cream
• Passover powdered sugar
• 1 ½ cups pitted dates
• 1 ½ cups walnuts
