Warm Blackberry Sauce Over Mango Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 6 gingersnaps, crushed
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 pt. fresh blackberries, halved
  • 2 ½ teaspoons orange zest
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pt. mango sorbet

1. Stir together first 4 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat; cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve over sorbet; sprinkle with gingersnaps. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Häagen-Dazs Mango Sorbet.
