  • 12 roasted cherry tomatoes
  • 1 baguette
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ pound Brie

Heat oven to 400° F. Slice a baguette into 12 1/2-inch pieces. Halve garlic clove and rub the cut side on each baguette slice. Cut Brie into thin slices and place 1 on top of each piece of bread.
