Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons grape juice
  • ¼ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup rolled oats

1. Mix oats, raisins, walnuts, sunflower seeds, grape juice, and maple syrup in a microwave-safe bowl. 2. Cook in microwave oven on High until hot, about 30 seconds.
