Ingredients

  • 5 bacon slices, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 (8-oz.) container sour cream
  • 12 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • ½ sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 1 (16-oz.) package frozen chopped turnip greens, thawed
    • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan
    • ½ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper

1. Cook bacon in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp; remove bacon, and drain on paper towels, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in Dutch oven. 2.
