Ingredients

  • 1 small celery root o 3/4-inch pieces
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoon(s) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small sweet potato ces
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 parsnip

    • 1 carrot
    • 1.5 teaspoon(s) fresh lemon juice
    • 1 ounce(s) feta
    • 0.25 cup(s) walnuts
    • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped flat-leaf parsley
