Watermelon Sorbet with Wine Basil Gelée
Ingredients
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 5 cups watermelon (rind discarded)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- ¼ cup water
