Wendy's Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
• ¾ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 ½ cups white whole-wheat flour
• 1 ½ cups unbleached all-purpose flour
• 2 cups grated zucchini
