  • ½ cup(s) nonfat dry milk
  • ½ cup(s) ice water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) liquid artificial sweetener

Chill bowl and beaters. Mix dry milk and water in bowl. Beat with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add lemon juice and artificial sweetener and continue beating until stiff peaks form. Makes 3 1/2 cups. Each 1/2 cup serving contains 16 calories.
