Ingredients

  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • Kosher salt
  • 3 15-ounce cans cannellini (white kidney) beans
  • 2 anchovy fillets packed in oil
  • ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 scallions
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup oil-cured black olives, pitted
    • 2 ½ cups packed fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
    • freshly ground pepper
    • 1 bunch radishes
