  • 1 cup(s) flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 cup(s) dried white beans
  • 1 thyme sprig
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 0.75 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 cup(s) celery leaves
    • 4 clove(s) garlic

In a medium saucepan, cover the beans with 2 inches of water. Add the garlic, thyme and bay leaf and bring to a boil.
