Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 15-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for drizzling

Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and rosemary and cook until very fragrant, being careful not to let the garlic brown. Remove from heat.
