Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 pound fresh cherries
  • Nonstick vegetable oil spray

    • 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate (do not exceed 61% cacao)
