White Chocolate Cranberry Crumb Bars Recipe - Crunchy Creamy Sweet

  • 4 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 c white chocolate, melted, cooled slightly
  • ¼ c granulated sugar
  • 1 c sour cream

    • ¼ tsp salt
    • ½ tsp baking powder
    • ½ tsp baking soda
    • 1 and ½ c all-purpose flour
    • ½ c granulated sugar
    • ½ c unsalted butter, melted, cool to room temperature
